Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the nursing home, ensuring that all aspects of care and services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Care Quality: Ensure that the nursing home maintains the highest standards of care, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets and oversee financial planning, ensuring that the nursing home operates within its means.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and train a team of care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional care.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the nursing home complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Nursing Qualification: A nursing pin is desirable, but not essential.
  • CQC Inspections: Proven experience of CQC inspections with a rating of Good or above.
  • Management Experience: Background working at a managerial role within healthcare or elderly care.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
