Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nursing Advisor to join our successful surgical sales support team at Highbridge Talent. As a Clinical Nursing Advisor, you will play a crucial role in advising clinical staff on the use of our surgical gowns and drapes, working with non-clinical staff to manage service provision, and understanding any challenges or problems they are experiencing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit existing customer hospitals and those who have recently been signed up to trial our product and service to advise clinical staff on the use of our surgical gowns and drapes.
  • Work with non-clinical staff to manage the service provision and understand any challenges or problems they are experiencing.
  • Nurture and expand existing clients by delivering outstanding customer service, advising individual clinicians and their teams on the benefits of reusable surgical textiles, and demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff.
  • Travel to hospitals in the Midlands and South area, staying away from home when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Registered General Nurse with theatre/scrub experience (Band 5 or higher) or an ODP.
  • Confidence in all areas of communication and ability to influence both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • A full UK driver's licence and ability to stay away from home when needed.
  • Ability to work in a theatre environment and complete related admin from home when not attending client meetings.
