The Role Overview

This role will focus on developing and acquiring new clients that operate within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will possess experience and knowledge of the recruitment supply within construction and be based in the Northwest with a UK-based role.

Your Primary Goal

As a Sales and Growth Specialist, your primary goal is to drive profitable, long-term business by nurturing new and existing relationships with construction recruitment agencies and end clients. Your focus will be on expanding revenue streams across our range of services, such as CIS, Umbrella, and Accountancy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong relationships at senior levels within client accounts
  • Conducting face-to-face and video meetings with consultants and managers to foster growth
  • Implementing a general strategy across all managed accounts
  • Driving sales activity within pre-defined allocated accounts
  • Working with internal teams to service and grow your agencies/clients

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Preferred experience in the industry or recruitment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement account plans
  • Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with agency partners
  • Experience in presenting to customers at various levels, including senior positions

Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
