Experienced Motorsport Technician

Alpine F1 Team is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team. This role will be responsible for the assembly, servicing, and testing of hydraulic components, including powertrain hydraulics, PAS, collectors, pumps, and DRS components.
The Role- Assemble, test, and service new and in-service hydraulic components to the highest standards, in accordance with specifications and meeting targets.
- Ensure compliance to ERP (Dynamics, Work-to-lists for example), stock management, and factory systems for all work completed.
- Deliver hydraulic components to the highest standards throughout the component life cycle, ensuring right-first-time, on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with the Design & Engineering department to continuously improve assembly procedures in line with company vision and objectives.
- Work to the highest standards, including correct service and maintenance of existing equipment and rigs, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Escalate any issues that could impact quality, on-time delivery, etc.
- Work effectively with all teams to ensure continuous team development and knowledge sharing.
- Someone who takes ownership of their area of expertise and deliverables, with a strong desire to work to the highest standards.
- Someone who can build relationships and communicate with stakeholders to ensure requirements and targets are met.
- Someone who is flexible, with a strong desire to achieve deadlines and priorities, able to work under pressure.
- Someone who is a collaborative team player, with the ability to support team activities and priorities.
- Someone who is highly self-motivated, prepared to undertake responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Someone who is flexible to attend races, tests, or external events when required.
