Main Responsibilities:
As a Lead/Teacher, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and implementing creative lesson plans aligned with state requirements
  • Fostering strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and community partners
  • Continuously assessing and refining teaching methods to meet evolving child needs
  • Utilizing technology to enhance child progress reporting and parent engagement

Compensation Package:
We offer an attractive compensation package, including an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000, based on experience. Additional benefits include internal career advancement opportunities, 50% discount on employee childcare, and a comprehensive benefits package.
