Senior Support Worker

About the Role:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Werrington Peterborough. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service.
- Allocate shifts, book in training, induct new colleagues, and support with supervision's.
- Order medication and ensure the people we support are supported to manage their finances.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker.
- A Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
