Job Title: Support Worker
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in social and recreational activities
- Create a safe and supportive environment for individuals under your care
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and progress reports
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other support staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
**Experience**:
- 3-6 months care experience in the UK : Required.**

**Salary**: £10.60-£11.88 per hour
