About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chiller Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service and maintenance to Chiller systems across various customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintenance, and repair work on various Chiller equipment installed at client facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.
  • Commissioning, servicing, repair, and installation works, ensuring work is completed according to set specifications and customer expectations.
  • Provide technical experience and mentoring to less experienced service team members and coordinate on-site work activity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chiller Service Engineer or HVAC experience.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC: NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of Chiller systems, controls, and components: ventilation plant.
  • Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
