Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chiller Service Technician to join our UK&I Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service and maintenance to Chiller systems, working within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintenance, and repair work on various Chiller equipment installed at client facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.
  • Commissioning, servicing, repair, and installation works, completed according to set specifications and customer expectations.
  • Provide technical experience and mentoring to less experienced service team members and coordinate on-site work activity.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is at the forefront of all work activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chiller Service Engineer, with HVAC experience a plus.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC, such as NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of Chiller systems, controls, and components, including ventilation plant.
  • Experience with major manufacturers such as York, Trane, Carrier, Airedale, Hitachi, and Mitsubishi.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
