We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Park Administrator to join our team at Haulfryn - South. As the first point of contact for our owners and guests, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the first line of contact for complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure a fair and satisfactory outcome.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of owner's holiday homes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that the handover process is seamless.
  • Responsible for all office administration activities, including monitoring and maintaining office equipment, controlling inventory, raising Purchase Orders, and maintaining the tidiness of the reception area.
  • Actively promote the Haulfryn managed sublet package, liaising with guests and owners to ensure that all necessary bookings, charges, maintenance, and quality control are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
