Job Description

As an Accounts Assistant at 2G Energy Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

You will collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to maintain a smooth and reliable payment process, while also supporting the accounts team with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable or a similar financial administration role, with proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on missing invoices.
  • Process staff expense claims and verify receipts.
  • Support the accounts team with administrative tasks and provide data analysis reports.
