We are proud to partner with a growing UK-based organisation in Warrington, seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate budget and forecast processes, guiding the Commercial Finance Team
- Consolidate budgets and forecasts, prepare presentations, and upload data to systems
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports and executive presentations with insightful commentary
- Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate and timely reporting
- Oversee the month-end process and manage group consolidations for various reporting purposes
- Develop payroll reports and forecasting tools, building complex financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning
- Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with minimum 3 years PQE
- Proven success in financial planning and analysis within a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling and automation
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Jet Reporting and macros (desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of consolidations, balance sheets, and cash flows
£65,000 per annum, plus a hybrid working model with flexibility to work remotely 4 days a week.
