Culinary Team Member

Main Responsibilities
As a key member of our culinary team, you will work closely with both junior and senior chefs to maintain high-quality standards throughout the kitchen. You will be required to run your own section and work collaboratively with the Commis Chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a section and working closely with the Commis Chefs.
- Taking on responsibility for stock take and health & safety when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years' experience as a Commis Chef or higher.
- A basic understanding and commitment to learn classic cookery and seasonal British ingredients.
- Good, demonstratable knife skills.
- Thorough understanding of kitchen etiquette and practice, such as lack of wastage, cleanliness & punctuality.
- Level 2 food safety.
- An unrelenting pursuit of quality within all aspects of the kitchen.
