Bilingual SENCo Position

A dynamic and dedicated SENCo is sought to join our team at a small, independent school in West London. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience of our students. The school's bilingual nature means that proficiency in Russian is essential.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading the SEN department and developing strategies to support students with special educational needs
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure inclusive practices
- Managing and coordinating SEN resources and budgets
