Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our school community. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to plan and prepare lessons, manage and supervise pupil behavior, and contribute to the maintenance of effective school administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and preparing lessons and learning activities
  • Covering full classes in the absence of colleagues
  • Managing and supervising pupil behavior
  • Contributing to the maintenance of effective school administration

Requirements:
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Level 2 qualification in English/Literacy
  • Level 2 qualification in Maths/Numeracy
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
  • Experience of teaching year groups within Key Stages 1 and 2
