Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Philanthropy and Partnerships Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration, and ensuring that our philanthropic efforts align with our organizational mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration, and develop proposals to present to senior leadership.
- Ensure that our philanthropic efforts align with our organizational mission and values, and that we are meeting our fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on partnership development and fundraising progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in partnership development and fundraising, preferably in a humanitarian or non-profit context.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and proposals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
