About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Literature Programme Coordinator to join our team in Manchester or London. This is a part-time, 18 hours per week position with flexible working hours considered.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for the development of literature programmes appropriate to the ODA framework. You will work on multiple programmes with different cultural and operational contexts, creating opportunities for the UK literature sector that encourage international showcasing, collaboration and professional exchange within a cultural relations context.

The successful candidate must have experience of working in an international context or with different cultures, a good knowledge of contemporary UK literature, and a track record in literature programming. We would particularly welcome applications from people who have worked with the arts in community engagement or development programmes in the UK or overseas.

Competitive salary: £26,016 - £33,112 per year (pro rata). In addition to your salary, you will receive pension contributions and a range of benefits including a holiday entitlement of 32 days per calendar year (pro rata), staff restaurants, and employee assistance programme.
