Youth Wellbeing Advocate

As a Social Worker in our Children & Young People with Disability Service, you will play a vital role in supporting children with disabilities and complex needs. The Short Breaks Review Team sits within our Early Help provision and aims to provide holistic and multi-agency support packages to ensure children are safe and able to achieve their full potential.
About the JobYour role will involve completing reviews of care packages, working closely with colleagues and multi-agency partners, and developing creative support plans which maximise independence and quality of life. You will listen to the views of families and carers and consider their needs alongside ensuring that the voice of the child is at the centre of all planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Social Work degree and completion of ASYE
- Social Work England registration
- Experience in social work and ability to work in a busy environment
We offer a competitive pay package of £39,951 - £46,041 per annum, plus a £2,500 retention allowance. You will also receive generous pension and relocation packages, annual leave up to 27 days, and excellent opportunities for career progression.
