About the Role:
The School Business Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the family ethos of the school and creating a welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage finance to secure best value and ensure financial sustainability in the medium to longer term.
- Administer core reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and support the current team.
- Support the Site Manager in maintaining and enhancing facilities and health and safety requirements.
- Apply for and manage external bids, contracts, and grants.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing finance within a school setting.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Complex administrative procedures management.
- Supervisory and support skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Forward-thinking and approachable.
- Proactive in improving school systems and processes.
- Confident decision-making.
- Establishing positive relationships.
