About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our After School Club team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and play opportunities for children aged 3-11, promoting inclusion and ensuring the health and safety of all children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and play opportunities for children aged 3-11
  • Develop and implement inclusive play environments that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Ensure the health and safety of all children in our care, identifying and reporting any potential risks or hazards
  • Work collaboratively with the After School Club Manager and other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the club

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children aged 3-11
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of child development and learning principles
