Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of electrical engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of electrical engineers to ensure the effective maintenance of electrical systems
  • Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement maintenance strategies
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities and performance
  • Develop and implement training programs for electrical engineers

Working Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work a double day shift, with varying hours across two weeks. This will include:

  • Week 1: Monday and Thursday, 6:00am to 2:00pm, and Friday, 6:00am to 12:00pm
  • Week 2: Monday and Thursday, 2:00pm to 10:00pm, and Friday, 12:00pm to 6:00pm

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £23.94 per hour, £909.72 per week, and £47,305 per annum. In addition, they will be entitled to a range of benefits, including
