Page Personnel Sales is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including reporting and holiday/sickness management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process payroll from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage holiday and sickness reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the team to provide excellent support and service.

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processing.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, with a willingness to commit to some office-based work in Basingstoke.
  • Confidence in using Excel and ability to take on information quickly.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days office-based and 3 days working from home.
  • Flexible working hours and a 37-hour working week.
  • Permanent role with a generous pension contribution.
  • Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience and performance.
