- Professionalism and Communication: High level of professionalism with the ability to confidently interact with business owners, directors, and senior leaders, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with resourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Broadbean, SourceWhale, Ordo, Salesforce, and job posting platforms, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and delivering high-quality results, ensuring the highest level of service to our clients and candidates.
