About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Reablement Assistant to support residents in our community to regain their independence and confidence after a major setback in life.

As a Community Reablement Assistant, you will provide person-centred support with daily tasks, such as washing, dressing, and managing continence needs. You will also provide verbal guidance and encouragement to help individuals regain their independence.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be enthusiastic, motivated, and patient with a caring attitude. You will have a person-centred approach, focusing on an individual's strengths to maximise their wellbeing.

Working Patterns: Our Service runs 07:00-22:00, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year. You will be required to work evenings and/or public holidays and/or weekends as part of your Normal Working Hours for which enhancements are paid.
