Our Community Reablement Assistants play a vital role in supporting individuals who have experienced a significant setback, helping them regain their independence and confidence. With a person-centred approach, they provide practical support with daily tasks, encouraging individuals to regain their ability to live safely and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with washing, dressing, and managing continence needs
- Providing assistance with practical tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Offering verbal guidance and encouragement to promote independence
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a caring attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
