Customer Experience Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Pendragon Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric processes and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and trends to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium automotive or retail environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction
