Special Needs Support Role

This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated school team in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. As a Special Needs Support Assistant, you will play a vital part in helping students with special educational needs reach their full potential.

About the Position
  • This is a long-term post with a competitive salary and a January start, offering 90-95% of the main pay scale (dependent on experience).
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with learners with special educational needs and be willing to commit to 5 days per week between 8:45 am and 3:15 pm.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting individual education plans through focused target time.
  • Working collaboratively with the teaching staff to deliver an engaging curriculum.
  • Maintaining pupil records and reporting progress to teachers.
