Cardiac Physiologist Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team as a Cardiac Physiologist.

About the Position

You will be working in a collaborative, patient-centred environment, managing complex cases alongside skilled specialists and consultants. As a member of our team, your professional growth is a priority, with ample opportunities for training and development.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Performing cardiology investigations, including echocardiograms, stress tests, and Holter monitoring
  • Maintaining high-quality patient care and collaborating with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in Clinical Physiology (or equivalent) or ONC/BTEC in physiological measurement and medical physics
  • Practical experience in assisting with Cath Lab procedures, such as angiograms and stent placements
Compensation and Benefits
  • £35,000 to 42,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Regular weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 9 am - 5 pm) with no on-call shifts
  • Private healthcare and wellness benefits
  • 25 days holiday, increasing to 30 with service
  • Performance-based bonus scheme
