Associate Portfolio Manager Program

Our comprehensive two-year Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) Program is designed to nurture premier investment talent. This exceptional pathway is tailored for high-potential buy-side investors, outstanding sell-side trading talent, or world-class quantitative analysts across a spectrum of hedge fund disciplines.

Program Objectives
  • Immersive exposure to investment skills refinement
  • Intensive training to enable advancement to senior Portfolio Manager positions

Over a quarter of our current Portfolio Managers have risen through this program, underscoring its success. We are currently seeking candidates with 3 to 10 years of experience in asset management, hedge funds, and/or market making.

Key Requirements
  • Expertise in proposed investment strategy and related markets
  • Entrepreneurial risk-takers with a desire to build and grow their investment strategy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capacity for continuous growth and evolution
