Caxton Associates, a global trading and investment firm, has been a pioneer in the industry since its founding in 1983. With offices in key locations worldwide, we manage client and proprietary capital through innovative global macro hedge fund strategies.

We are committed to developing world-class investment talent and have established the Associate Portfolio Manager (APM) Program to foster the next generation of Portfolio Managers. This program provides a unique opportunity for high-potential investors, strong sell-side talent, and quantitative analysts to hone their skills as investors.

The APM Program has been incredibly successful as a talent pipeline for our Portfolio Manager population. Over a quarter of our current Portfolio Managers joined Caxton through this route, including many of our most senior risk takers.
