Multilingual Education Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher, specialising in French and Spanish, to join our dedicated team on a short-term posting.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students at various levels, promoting a love for language learning.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for languages.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for languages and culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including weekly pay processed through PAYE.
