Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities management team at Arcus Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and maintenance, with the ability to deliver planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.

The role involves working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and 1 in 4 weeks on call. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of mechanical tasks, including plumbing and HVAC experience. Essential qualifications include 18th edition certification and a full valid UK driver's license.

In addition to the salary of £35,921 per annum, you will also receive a 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets. Other benefits include a group personal pension scheme, life assurance, and access to state-of-the-art training academy.
