About the Role

As a key member of the Housekeeping team at The Chelsea Townhouse & 11 Cadogan Gardens, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make all the difference in creating unforgettable memories for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and special requests, working closely with the team to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage housekeeping stores and maintain accurate records, supporting the Head Housekeeper in administrative tasks.
  • Develop a keen eye for detail, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact the guest experience.
  • Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Embody the company's commitment to Health and Safety, adhering to policies and procedures at all times.
