Key Responsibilities- Accountable for delivering low-complexity projects or parts of complex projects in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, meeting time, cost, and quality targets in accordance with PACE, Network Rail standards, and current legislation.
- Support the Project Manager and Sponsor in preparing and maintaining project requirements definitions.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams to identify solutions to client requirements and establish a robust baseline plan.
- Identify and monitor project risks, plan and implement mitigations, and respond to issues affecting the project.
- Implement and update resource allocation plans for project delivery, including identification and management of critical resource requirements.
- Manage stakeholders, considering their influence and interests.
- Conduct project reviews at key points, informing governance decisions with evaluations of progress, performance, risk, contingency, and continuing relevance.
- Establish and implement protocols for changing project scope and updating configuration documents as needed.
- Experience in the Rail Industry Sector, including GRIP and CDM on simple projects.
- Knowledge of Network Rail's Project, Investment, Commercial, and Procurement practices.
- Experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Flexible and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of Network Rail's assets and their management.
