Job Title: Elderly Care Services Coordinator

$55,000 per annum

Ambler Mace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate our elderly care services in South Bedfordshire.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in a clinical leadership role within a nursing home or similar setting and possess strong clinical and management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to all residents.

  1. Clinical Leadership:
    • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve care outcomes.
    • Maintain high standards of care through regular assessments and reviews of care plans.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  2. Management Duties:
    • Assist the Clinical Manager in the day-to-day management of the nursing home.
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursing and care staff.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements where necessary.
    • Conduct audits and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Extensive experience in a clinical leadership role within a nursing home or similar setting.
  • Strong clinical skills with a thorough understanding of best practices in elderly care.
  • Proven management skills, including team leadership, performance management, and budget oversight.
