Senior Investment Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Investment Analyst to join our IT Governance team. As a key member of our Office business, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end financial analysis and reporting requirements across our portfolio, including the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF).
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day maintenance of the GWOF fund model, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Collaborate with the Investment Manager, Office to prepare investment and portfolio analysis, financial models, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Coordinate GWOF Fund Investor reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support broader reporting requirements, including Interim, Full Year, ESG, and due diligence reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of GPT Office and GWOF strategy documents, providing analytical insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying periodic reporting processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a background in funds management, corporate finance, or advisory. You should possess advanced Excel modeling, PowerPoint, and Word capabilities, as well as well-honed problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A strong relationship builder, you will be able to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders and external investors. Your expertise in financial analysis and reporting will enable you to provide analytical guidance and advice to stakeholders.
