About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Investment Analyst to partner with our Office business to provide end-to-end financial analysis and reporting requirements across our portfolio, including the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day maintenance of the GWOF fund model
  • Assist the Investment Manager, Office in the preparation of investment and portfolio analysis and financial models for presentations
  • Support the day-to-day coordination of GWOF Fund Investor reporting requirements
  • Support broader reporting requirements, including Interim, Full Year, ESG, and due diligence reporting
  • Support the Investment Manager, Office with the preparation of GPT Office and GWOF strategy documents
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that simplify periodic reporting processes
