Job Title: Clinical Applications Specialist

Job Summary:

Projectus is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our ultrasound applications team, you will be responsible for providing expert customer support, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering customer feedback to improve our ultrasound systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Training: Provide on-site and remote support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the effective use of our ultrasound systems.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demonstrations of our ultrasound systems for potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
  • Customer Feedback and Product Improvement: Gather and analyze feedback from customers regarding their experience with our ultrasound systems.
  • Market Research and Product Evaluation: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Product Promotion and Events: Represent Projectus at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, showcasing our ultrasound products to a broad audience.
  • Tender Submissions: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare and submit tenders for ultrasound products.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ultrasound applications, clinical support, or a related role.


• Strong understanding of ultrasound technology and its applications in various medical fields.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.


• Proven ability to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.


• Experience in market research, product evaluation, and competitive analysis.


• Ability to travel in the UK and Europe as needed for customer support, demonstrations, and events.
