Position Overview

Guided Solutions is a prominent global player in the medical technology sector, focusing on the creation of innovative, minimally invasive devices for patient care. In light of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a Clinical Applications Consultant to enhance our Vascular product line by delivering expert clinical assistance and training to healthcare professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product range and associated medical devices.
  • Deliver exceptional service to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical training sessions for clinical clients and internal teams regarding the application of our medical devices as necessary.
  • Communicate insights on product developments and market trends to the Sales Manager, DPSM, and Account Specialist.
  • Gather and relay market intelligence and relevant feedback to the division promptly.
  • Identify and assess potential new product concepts, providing comprehensive information to the Sales Manager and Account Manager while ensuring effective communication.
  • Ensure that all new or revised product information is effectively disseminated and comprehended by clients and team members.
  • Engage in pertinent local and international trade shows, conferences, and seminars, sharing valuable insights with the divisional team.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports to the Sales Manager as required.

Qualifications:

  • Desirable experience in clinical support roles.
  • Familiarity with relevant clinical practices is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Language proficiency – strong written and verbal skills in English and other relevant languages.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Excellent numerical aptitude.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes, with an average of 3 to 4 overnight trips per week.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Residence within the London area or its vicinity is required.
