About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Manager to join our team at AQA. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge Non-Functional Testing solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and reports to ensure consistent and high-quality test artifacts.
  2. Manage a team of testers, providing hands-on support, conducting performance reviews, and guiding the team through complex testing challenges.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure test activities align with business objectives, reporting succinctly on progress and risks.

Requirements

  1. Expertise in testing, including functional, non-functional, and user acceptance testing, with a keen focus on automation and NFT frameworks.
  2. Excellent planning, reporting, and people management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  3. Strong understanding of agile software development and the tools that support it.
