About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager to lead the Toblerone brand in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives premium growth and shapes the future of chocolate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a brand portfolio strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Support profit and loss management, and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns that drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage visual identity across all consumer touch points in the UK, including in-store retail vision and implementation.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop the premium vision, destination portfolio, and brand communications.
  • Deliver ground-breaking premium activation programs and partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Lead and shape the Toblerone instore retail vision and implementation with close cooperation across category, customer, global, and agency teams.
  • Partner with global teams to deliver key innovation and renovation projects in the UK in service of the premium destination portfolio.
  • Partner with sales teams on in-year commercial delivery and excite consumers and customers about the long-term journey.
  • Analyze trends in consumer, shopper, category, customer, and channels to arrive at key commercial insights that shape brand strategy.
  • Mobilize and excite internal stakeholders of all levels to jump on the UK Toblerone journey.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing and brand leadership, with a strong consumer-first focus and experience building brand foundations.
  • Proven track record of marketing and activating premium/luxury brands with strong growth results.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and think creatively.
  • Start-up mentality and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Agility and skill at dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to build great relationships across a vast agency network and internally.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational contexts and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Analytics and creativity—a balance of commercial, strategic acumen, and a good eye for creative.
  • End-to-end ownership and autonomy.
  • Passion for premium.
