Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Interviewing and Assessing: Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to determine suitability for specific roles, ensuring a thorough understanding of their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads by approaching potential clients, promoting the services of Kenton Black Recruitment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and update the recruitment database, handle candidate and client documentation, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education: A-levels or equivalent qualifications. A degree in any discipline is an advantage but not essential.
  • Experience: No prior recruitment experience is required, but experience in sales, customer service, or a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in speaking with candidates and clients, resilience and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and a proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
