Claims Clerk Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from receipt to resolution
- Liaise with third-party solicitors and members of the public
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all claim's correspondence
- Instruct motor engineers to inspect third-party vehicle damage
- Provide support to Claims team function
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's clerical experience
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including Maths and English, or at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with customer enquiries
- IT proficient with Microsoft Office packages, including Word and Excel
Estimated Salary: £12.43 per hour.
