We are hiring for a Shipping Clerk to join our team. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for supporting the packing and shipping function within Operations, to ensure accurate and timely availability of our products for delivery by couriers to customers worldwide. Full training and support will be provided for the Shipping Clerk.

**Some of the duties include**:
Packing of highly sensitive products ensuring that you check quantities & quality of items
Maintain Daily Shipping spreadsheets to record KPI
Prepare shipping documents
Liaise with internal stakeholders, Freight forwarders & Couriers
Tracking & Tracing of all collections / deliveries

**The Shipping Clerk will have**:
4 GCSE's grades C or above including Maths and English (or equivalent)
One years’ experience within shipping or warehousing
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and in particular Excel
Import/export experience

This position is based on site at our Belfast headquarters for a fixed term contract of 6 months with possibility of extension.
