About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Consents Strategy Lead to join our Programme Advisory team in Turner & Townsend Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing consents strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing consents strategies
  • Managing client relationships
  • Identifying and realising business development opportunities
  • Leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids
  • Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies
  • Mentoring and/or managing members of the Programme Advisory team
  • Line managing junior staff (where applicable)

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical understanding of consents strategy via different consenting routes, good knowledge and practical experience of the lifecycle of a consents process from pre to post consent, and excellent technical understanding of discharging primary and secondary consents and post-consent deliverables.

Salary

£90,000 - £110,000 per annum
