Aircraft Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Compliance Specialist to join our team at Digital Catapult. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliant management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, ensuring policies, procedures, and practices comply with the standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for quality objectives and develop continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate risks to information security.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality and information security.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring ISO compliance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliant management systems.
  • Experience in designing and implementing internal quality and IT security audit plans.
  • Demonstrable track record of influencing quality and regulatory compliance across a business.
  • Ability to review and simplify compliance procedures at enterprise level.
  • Experience as a subject matter expert for best practice compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

  • £65,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience.
