About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Cardiff. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading large ongoing projects nationwide, managing site teams and subcontractors, scheduling and coordinating daily activities, and safely delivering remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project schedules and coordinate daily activities to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure the safe delivery of remediation projects, adhering to health and safety protocols
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress and site documentation

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in soil remediation or groundworks, with a strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
