About the Role

As a Regional Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting proactive visits to stores for joinery, electrical, and plumbing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning. You will also liaise with store managers to ensure timely action on required works, manage van stock inventory, and report stock usage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly proactive visits to stores for joinery, electrical, and plumbing repairs, maintenance, and cleaning
  • Liaise with store managers to ensure timely action on required works
  • Manage van stock inventory and report stock usage
  • Respond to emergency calls within agreed SLAs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of electrical and plumbing experience, with proficiency in trade-specific tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, minor brickwork, and minor internal repairs
  • Clean, valid UK Driving Licence
  • Electricians with 18th Edition accreditation and CSCS accreditation

You will need to travel as the region consists of the area between Clacton-on-Sea and Watford and some London Central.
