Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive maintenance visits to stores in your region, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
  • Liaise with store managers to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage van stock inventory and report on stock usage, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Respond to emergency calls within agreed service level agreements, providing prompt and effective solutions to resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, with proficiency in trade-specific tasks.
  • Clean, valid UK driving license.
  • 18th Edition accreditation and CSCS accreditation.
