Quantity Surveyor Opportunity with Calco Services Limited

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Calco Services Limited, a well-established contractor with a strong presence in the Mechanical sector. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing our projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the success of our Mechanical contracting business. You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing a portfolio of projects, including those in the Mechanical sector;
  2. Coordinating with our project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders;
  4. Providing expert advice on quantity surveying and construction matters;
  5. Collaborating with our commercial team to ensure accurate cost estimates and financial reporting.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Mechanical sector;
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
